Quando a cebola ficar transparente adicione o chouriço cortado aos cubos pequenos, a pimenta e deixe refogar.</div>

Assim que o chouriço comece a largar a gordura adicione os tentáculos cortados das lulas e o camarão.</div>

Quando o camarão estiver cozido apague o lume e deixe arrefecer.</div>

Encha as lulas com o preparado feito anteriormente e no final coloque um palito para fechar a lula.</div>

Noutro tacho coloque a restante cebola laminada, os alhos picados, o azeite e deixe refogar.</div>

Adicione o vinho branco, o tomate pelado, a polpa de tomate, o sal, a pimenta e envolva um pouco.</div>

Parta as sapateiras retire o miolo das patas como o da carapaça e reserve.<br />
Numa panela refogue a cebola, o alho, o louro e azeite.<br />
Quando a cebola estiver transparente adicione a polpa de tomate e o vinho.<br />
Assim que o álcool do vinho evaporar triture com a varinha, leve ao lume novamente e adicione o caldo de marisco, o camarão,o miolo da sapateira, o alecrim, o piri-piri, o sal, a pimenta e a massa.<br />

Num triturador coloque a bolacha e triture, quando estiver triturada adicione a manteiga e envolva.<br />

Num recipiente coloque a carne, a massa de pimentão,a pimenta e o vinho branco envolva um pouco e deixe marinar cerca de 1 hora.<br />
Passado esse tempo numa frigideira coloque o azeite e os alhos esmagados.<br />
Assim que o azeite estiver quente adicione a carne e o louro.<br />
Quando a carne estiver frita adicione a marinada que ficou no recipiente e deixe o molho engrossar.<br />
Num fim junte as batatas fritas cortadas ao cubos, os orégãos e os coentros e sirva.<br />

250gr de açúcar<br />
1 caneca bem cheia de leite<br />
1 colher de sobremesa de aroma de baunilha<br />
Caramelo liquido qb.<br />

Num recipiente coloque os ovos e o açúcar e com um garfo envolva até ficar todo bem misturado.<br />
De seguida adicione o leite e o aroma de baunilha e bata com a batedeira durante 2 mim.<br />
Barre a forma com o caramelo e disponho do preparado anterior.<br />
Coloque água num tabuleiro de ir ao forno até ficar a meio da forma e leve ao forno a 200º durante 1 hora, passado esse tempo retire deixe arrefecer um pouco e desenforme.<br />

Num tacho coloque o camarão a cozer, quando este já estiver cozido descasque-os.</div>

Regue com a água dos camarões o pão num recipiente e reserve a restante água.</div>

Noutro tacho coloque o azeite e frite os alhos, assim que estiverem fritos retire-os e adicione os cogumelos laminados e saltei-os um pouco.</div>

De seguida adicione o pão com os orégaos, o sal, a pimenta e envolva.</div>

Vá juntando água dos camarões até ter a textura da açorda.</div>

No fim já com o lume apagado junte o manjericão, o cebolinho e o ovo da codorniz (pode ser só a gema crua ou o ovo escalfado com a gema liquida) envolva tudo e sirva.</div>
